Cancellation & Return Policy

No exchange no refund policy on customised orders, domestic or international.

An item purchased off the rack can be cancelled only within the first twenty-four hours. In  such a case the full payment amount will be refunded. Post the twenty-four hour period we  will only issue credit notes and money will not be directly refunded.

Credit notes & refund will be issued in seven working days. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good

condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once

communication is received, the customer care team at Rupantar Boutique would study the need for return or exchange.

Alteration service is only available for domestic purchases. We will only issue credit notes and money will not be directly refunded.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered is cancelled from out end due to unavailability or damage or some unforeseeable reason, the full payment amount will be refunded.
